Asia in the Eyes of Europe, Europe in the Eyes of Asia

DiploFoundation, in co-operation with the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland and the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) organsied a roundtable Asia in the Eyes of Europe, Europe in the Eyes of Asia: The Challenges for Public Diplomacy. The event took place within the Asia-Europe Public Diplomacy Training Initiative, supported by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland and ASEF with its financial contribution from the European Union.

Roundtable Discussion

30 November 2015, 13.15–14.15 CET


Venue: DiploFoundation, World Meteorological Organization building, 7 bis Avenue de la Paix, Geneva

 

The roundtable will gather representatives of ASEF, Diplo, the Swiss government and Geneva-based Asian and European diplomats to discuss how public diplomacy can improve various economic, social and cultural connections between Asia and Europe. The event will also present the current status of the Asia-Europe Public Diplomacy Training Initiatives and plans for the forthcoming period including training and awareness building activities.
