Diplomacy
Diplo lecturer Mr Olaph Terribile delivered a one-day workshop on Protocol and Etiquette in Brussels.
The workshop was organised by the European External Action Service (EEAS) in collaboration with the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) for European External Action Service staff working in the field of diplomacy and other officials.
Using practical examples and question-and-answer sessions, the workshop reached its goal in helping participants manage complex social and professional situations in an increasingly globalised world.
