Video: Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy
The Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy guides working diplomats and international relations professionals through the theoretical and practical building blocks of diplomacy, with a focus on contemporary issues and challenges.
Offered in cooperation with the University of Malta’s Department of International Relations, the programme involves 16 to 20 months of online study, including writing a dissertation. Online areas of study range from the basics of diplomacy (Diplomatic Theory and Practice, Bilateral Diplomacy, Multilateral Diplomacy, and more) to contemporary topics (Artificial Intelligence: Technology, Governance and Policy Frameworks, Sustainable Development Diplomacy, E-Diplomacy, and more).
Video: Advanced Diploma in Internet Governance Programme
The Advanced Diploma in Internet Governance gives current and future Internet policy makers a solid foundation in practical and diplomatic skills, and techniques necessary to engage effectively in international global policy processes. To obtain the diploma, participants must meet programme requirements for three of the five courses on offer (Introduction to Internet Governance; E-Diplomacy; Internet Technology and Policy: Challenges and Solutions; Cybersecurity; Artificial Intelligence: Technology, Governance, and Policy Frameworks) within a three-year period.
Video: Course on Digital Commerce
Course on digital commerce was offered by DiploFoundation, CUTS International Geneva, the International Trade Centre (ITC), the Geneva Internet Platform (GIP), and delivered with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
It consisted of a six-week course offered to the Geneva-based staff of permanent missions of developing countries and LDCs.
At the end of the course, participants were invited to share their feedback.

e-Residency and DiploFoundation webinar on inclusion of small businesses from developing countries and least developed countries (LDCs) in global value chains. The webinar focus on how the e-Residency programme in Estonia can facilitate access to global markets by enabling the establishment an EU company that can be managed online, and by providing access to EU banking and international payment providers through e-Residency.

The bottom layer is represented by the telecommunication infrastructure. The middle layer is the place where the Internet operates (protocol and standards). Geneva Engage is a process of research and innovation, aimed at increasing the engagement of International Geneva with communities worldwide. In 2016, a two-day conference was organised by DiploFoundation and the Geneva Internet Platform, in cooperation with the Republic and State of Geneva, the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN in Geneva and the Internet Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
